Delete my account
You can request the deletion of your China Connect Platform account and the personal data associated with it. This page is available without signing in.
What will be deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your dossiers, requests and messages
- Your wallet balance (non-refundable)
- The personal data associated with your account
After we verify your identity, your account and data are deleted within 30 days. Some information may be retained where the law requires it (for example for accounting or legal purposes).

Deletion is faster from inside the app: Profile → Danger Zone.
